Choice versus Submission or Rebellion

An Embodied NVC Practice

With Jacqueline Muller

Tuesday, April 16, 6-9 PM

The theme of this next Embodied NVC class is Choice versus Submission or Rebellion. Join me in exploring this key NVC differentiation and in engaging in an embodied practice to hold an honest inquiry on how to create agency in our lives in order to live more into the awareness of being at choice versus living into habitual patterns of submission or rebellion.

The Embodied NVC Practice: In these classes we will engage in transformative, restorative, and empowering NVC processes that have supported and resourced my yearning for clarity, deep learning, and agency over many years. These embodied practices will illuminate habitual patterns, develop skills that support understanding and compassion, and strengthen our ability to pause and choose how to respond and engage with life's happenings

For whom: All who want to dive into embodied, transformational NVC practices and revitalize their lives.

Pre-requisite:: To have a foundational understanding of NVC.

Suggested reading:: Nonviolent Communication, A Language of Life by Marshall B. Rosenberg.

Class capacity: 10 participants
