Embody Your True Value:

Committing to Transformation and Integration

With Dr. Beth Eldridge

Sundays April 19 - May 24 from 4:30 - 6:00pm

What will help you undeniably know that you matter, both spiritually and as a human being who can make concrete contributions? What would it look like to help create a world where all beings truly matter?

Maybe you know intellectually that your value is neither tied to the material world, nor entirely independent of it. But a little voice in your head, or a nagging at your heart doesn’t always believe in your value? Or you know you matter on some level, but you find it really hard to develop the habits and make the difficult choices to embody your value?

In this six week online Zoom course, we’ll take the time to explore these questions in depth. We’ll grow together and expand our consciousness using mindfulness practices, Nonviolent Communication exercises, and personal journaling and reflection. We’ll build new habits and transform limiting beliefs and actions so we can embody our true value.

INCLUDES
4 weeks of the "True Value" Email Program: messages and practices to help you reflect on your true value (3 messages a week)
6 group Zoom calls with live training and personalized support, 90 minutes each
Calls will be recorded and can be watched afterward if you miss a call
1 free Discovery Coaching Call during the program to tailor your learning specifically to you
