Treat yourself to a nourishing interactive introductory session where you will learn: how the stories we tell ourselves impact our outlooks and moods; how to differentiate between observations and evaluations; how a regular practice of gratitude promotes social, emotional and mental health; AND
easy to implement personal and interpersonal gratitude practices for yourself, for those around you and for life events.
