Laura began seeking new ways to communicate in personal relationships after realizing she felt isolated and unhappy in her marriage of nearly 30 years. Through NVC she learned to connect more deeply with herself and others, to identify and express her feelings and needs, and to say "yes" only when she could do so with a full heart. Laura serves on the RMCCN Operating Circle and contributes her skills as a writer/editor to add polish and clarity to RMCCN communications.
