When our brain is healthy...our heart is full, our body is at ease, and we enjoy vitality.

This 5 week training will follow Sarah Peyton's book about empathy, and neuroscience, "Explore Your Resonate Self".

The training is experiential and explores:
    The neuroscience of empathy.
    Brain resonance and connection.
    Regulating stimulus-response habit.
    Compassionate witnessing.

A Certificate Of Completion is available for an additional $20.00 fee.

When we learn to communicate compassionately with ourselves, we begin to hear the motivations and love behind our own self criticisms and destructive behaviors: we begin to make peace with who we are, transforming our relationships with family, friends, colleagues, and adversaries. Peace resides at the center of our being. Radiating outward, it heals our world, revealing the loving intentions that surround us.

Trainers

Poet, writer, and life coach, David has studied and taught a wide variety of interpersonal communication skills over the last thirty years. His quest for understanding and meaning has also led him into studies of mathematics, metaphysics, mythology, Tai Chi Ch'uan, computer science, and cooking. He was introduced to NVC in 2000 and has been conducting trainings since 2009. Prior to his introduction to NVC, he studied with Anthony Robbins, Jean Houston, Deepak Chopra, and Gay Luce, among others.

David is a founding member of the Rocky Mountain Compassionate Communication Network. He teaches classes on compassionate communication and consults with both groups and individuals on easing tense situations. He aspires to freedom, both personal and communal, and has an unwavering devotion to the well-being of the planet. He longs for the day when we share a respect for each other that leaves no room for pretense and deception, for the day when our faith in ourselves is secure and we are not threatened by expressions of truth that differ from our own. He believes the day that we accept one another candidly and offer ourselves sincerely is the day that we will find freedom!
