With Jessica Dancingheart

Tuesday April 3rd, 6 - 8 pm

Are you tired of being depleted, having little energy left for yourself, as you take care of your responsibilities and others first? Come to a nourishing evening where you will get some insight as to why self-care is important, and learn simple tools for re-prioritizing your self-care and finding ways to nourish yourself. Come a little early and stay a little later to sample and buy some of the great Colorado Aromatic skin products. The investment for participating in the workshop is $20 - $35.
