Feast for the Soul; Develop Presence through Poetry

With Kathy Ziola

Three Thursdays, June 4-18, 6:00 to 7:30 pm MDT

A unique experience of creative inquiry based in poetry designed to support awakening and presence within.

Our full presence is the foundation of living our deepest values in all arenas of life.

Are you challenged to:
Find inner peace?
Have capacity for tough interactions?
Manage your reactions?

Using poetry from Kathy’s book “Feast for the Soul” as a springboard, we will deepen the awareness and experience of Presence. Sessions will include exploration of inspiration and deep self-inquiry to unwind and connect with our True Nature. Sharing and dialogue with Kathy to process questions and issues will support participants in resting into a deeper knowing and truth. Participants may also use writing prompts for self-expression and discovery through free form poetry and prose.

We Begin

The deepest expressions of my soul
Stand naked for all to see
For I am all of us
And I see that we want to
Step off the edge of propriety
And dance with abandon in the open meadow
To see how we really are
In all our glory
With all our foibles
With our hunger and thirst
For our own essence
And the fullness of
What this experience of life here is!

Let’s throw off our clothes and
Run wildly into ourselves!
