Integrate And Practice NVC: Intermediate Level

If you find yourself loving NVC and needing some more learning and support to use it more fully in your daily life, this is the practice series for you! Join the community of enthusiastic learners to deepen your integration of Compassionate Communication/NVC! Build skills and NVC consciousness! This series if for people who have had a Foundations course of 15-20 hours and some practice group experience.
This series is for those who have taken a minimum of a foundations course of 16 hours or more. This is not a beginner, first timer course.
- July 8 – Empathy First
- July 15 – Maintaining Connection When You Disagree
- July 22 – Expressing Regrets
- July 29 – Staying in the Conversation
- August 5 – Dialogue Role Plays
- August 12 – Self-Empathy
Each class will provide connection and sharing, some teaching and discussion, Practice with coaching, and sharing celebrations, insights, and gratitude. We have a lot of fun and share support in these courses. I am very excited to keep deepening the practice with you!
