Joanna Douglas Rainey is a coach who loves helping people discover how to cultivate life and presence in the midst of complexity. In addition to being a co-pastor of Spiritual Formation and Soul Care at The Refuge in Broomfield, Joanna founded Mindful Member Care in 2018 to work with people and organizations serving on the margins. She specializes in self-care/sustainability coaching, conflict mediation, debriefing retreats, cross-cultural issues, as well as Enneagram and Nonviolent Communication (NVC) training and coaching for groups & individuals. Joanna is currently working on accreditation through the Rocky Mountain Compassionate Communication Network to become an accredited Nonviolent Communication teacher/facilitator.
