Key Elements of a NVC Dialogue Part 1

An Embodied NVC Practice

With Jacqueline Muller

Wednesday, May 29, 6-9 PM

The theme of this next Embodied NVC class is Key Elements of a NVC Dialogue Part 1. Join me in exploring key elements that create a real foundation for inviting another into a dialogue where all voices and needs can be heard and acknowledged and creative strategies can arise. These include the ability to take self-responsibility for how our experience lives within us, to have clarity of our needs and to make specific requests. It also includes our ability to create space within to listen deeply to what lives within our dialogue partner.

The Embodied NVC Practice: In these classes we will engage in transformative, restorative, and empowering NVC processes that have supported and resourced my yearning for clarity, deep learning, and agency over many years. These embodied practices will illuminate habitual patterns, develop skills that support understanding and compassion, and strengthen our ability to pause and choose how to respond and engage with life's happenings

For whom: All who want to dive into embodied, transformational NVC practices and revitalize their lives.

Pre-requisite:: To have a foundational understanding of NVC.

Suggested reading:: Nonviolent Communication, A Language of Life by Marshall B. Rosenberg.

Class capacity: 10 participants
