This five week class provides a comprehensive overview of Nonviolent Communication, developed by Marshall Rosenberg. Ideal for people new to NVC. Great for practitioners who want to deepen their existing NVC skills and consciousness. The class follows Marshal Rosenberg's seminal book Nonviolent Communication, A Language Of Life.
Each month, RMCCC facilitators lead an exploration into the many facets of Compassionate Communication. Each workshop is unique, focusing on different aspects of Compassionate Communication, accessible to the novice, yet providing opportunity for more experienced students to deepen their practice.
Our unique contribution to healing and wholeness in our world is to infuse equity, accessibility, diversity, and inclusion work with the concepts and skills of Nonviolent Communication. We provide a variety of offerings to support social change efforts.

Family HEART Camp is a unique community experience for all people who long for more Harmony, Ease, Authenticity, Respect and Trust in their families, communities, and the world. Grounded in the principles of Nonviolent Communication, we bring compassionate community to life for people of all ages.

The Open Heart Series explores how a compassionate spirit coupled with nonviolent communication principles can transform our lives.

A 4 hour introductory class followed by an optional more advanced 4 hour class.
Standing Tall is about finding strength and stability amid tension and turmoil; about drawing strength from our conviction so we can listen fully to others; about finding deep wisdom in authenticity.
