Are you ready to create truly fulfilling relationships from the heart? Do you find yourself meeting people but not making the lasting connections you would like? Are you ready to transform your relationships to a whole new level? In this introductory workshop, you will:
See examples of how to communicate in a way that:

- expresses the heart of the matter
- helps you connect authentically with others and understand them
- unleashes our creativity to solve problems together
Enjoy an interactive exploration into:
- identifying what is really important to you about an issue
- framing what is important to you in a way that others can hear it
- listening to understand the depths of what matters to others
We’ll also share about upcoming in-depth opportunities to develop the consciousness and skills to add compassion, freedom, and joy to your relationships.
David Steele: is a poet, writer, and life coach, and has studied and taught a wide variety of interpersonal communication skills over the last thirty years. He was introduced to NVC in 2000 and has been conducting trainings since 2009. Prior to his introduction to NVC, he studied with Anthony Robbins, Jean Houston, Deepak Chopra, and Gay Luce. Beth Eldridge is a tutor and life coach, and owner of Mindful Living, Learning, and Communication, LLC. She has studied and practiced NVC and mindfulness over the last 15 years. She has led an NVC practice group, supported in many workshops, and began leading workshops in 2018, primarily through MeetUps. Beth is passionate about creating compassionate empowered community that creatively solves problems in life affirming ways.
