What do THOUGHTS have to do with FEELINGS?
An Embodied NVC Practice
Wednesday, March 20, 6-9 PM
The theme of this next Embodied NVC class is what do Thoughts have to do with Feelings?. Join me to explore the power of our thinking mind and how it impacts and informs our feeling experience. NVC proposes an empowering framework to navigate our stream of thoughts and feeling.
The Embodied NVC Practice: In these classes we will engage in transformative, restorative, and empowering NVC processes that have supported and resourced my yearning for clarity, deep learning, and agency over many years. These embodied practices will illuminate habitual patterns, develop skills that support understanding and compassion, and strengthen our ability to pause and choose how to respond and engage with life's happenings
For whom: All who want to dive into embodied, transformational NVC practices and revitalize their lives.
Pre-requisite:: To have a foundational understanding of NVC.
Suggested reading:: Nonviolent Communication, A Language of Life by Marshall B. Rosenberg.
Class capacity: 10 participants
