Compassionate Communication Foundations Training

For all who long to create empowering relationships in the NOW

With Jacqueline Muller

4 Saturdays, October 3,10,17, 24, 9:30-11:30 AM MDT

Co-create meaningful and empowering relationships.
This course can be taken independently or it can be augmented by the introduction on Friday October 2nd. See:

  • Are you wanting to deepen your understanding of what triggers you in conversations with others?
  • Are you wishing you could express what matters to you and be heard?
  • Do you long to have more mutuality in your relationships?

COMPASSIONATE COMMUNICATION (CC), also known as Nonviolent Communication, is rooted in the awareness of the universality of our human needs and of how we use language to express and meet those needs. It is a LANGUAGE of MOVEMENT and PROCESS that invites us to listen to the source of LIFE within us.

CC proposes an interactive model and a mindset that reframe our use of language, thus inviting honest expression and empathic listening to be our essential connectors. It supports developing self- responsibility and agency, and it deepens our understanding of ourselves and others as well as gives us concrete tools to create authentic and meaningful conversations where all needs are heard.

Jacqueline Muller is a CNVC Certified Trainer, co-founder of the Rocky Mountain Compassionate Communication Network, and a Restorative Justice Facilitator. She has worked with a diversity of people and groups in search of authentic expression and honest communication for 28 years. Her passion for justice and opportunities for all gives her teaching gusto and depth. Her outreach in offering NVC trainings extends beyond the Front Range to Europe and Africa. She concurrently facilitates RJ circles and supports individuals, couples, family members and groups, in her private practice, in creating clear, engaged, authentic communication.
