Create Relationships from the Heart, Fulfill the True You

With Beth Eldridge And David Steele

5 Sundays Feb 23; 2:30 - 5:30pm

When we transform the way we communicate, we transform our world.

In this comprehensive five week training, you will:

  • Connect authentically with others and understand their motivations.
  • Build community by cultivating clarity of vision.
  • Resolve conflict peacefully and respectfully.
  • Clearly express your deepest aspirations.
  • Transform adversaries into allies.

Through this course, we’ll develop one of the most precious gifts in our lives, our relationships with ourselves and others. We’ll learn the fundamentals of Nonviolent Communication (NVC), a powerful communication system developed by Marshall Rosenberg. Each class includes interactive, kinesthetic activities, and practice applying the techniques to real-life situations. We also offer phone mentors for weekly calls to help integrate your new consciousness and skills.

FREE e-book for the first 10 people to enroll! “Communicating with compassion: 5 powerful ways that will transform your life” by David Steele

Supporting Material: The class is based on "Nonviolent Communication: A language of life" by Marshall Rosenberg. We recommend you check it out from the library, buy it from your favorite book store, or buy it at our first class.
