Martian Luther King Jr. spoke of Beloved Community where the dignity of everyone was recognized. King did not vilify anyone. He pointed out injustice and let the conditions speak for themselves. How do we see past our own implicit biases and predigests, recognize the dignity, and embody that welcoming Beloved Community? Answering this question is at the heart of the Creating A Culture Of Care program. Using NVC insights, techniques, and practices to explore how to support such a culture of care where everyone’s needs are honored and people are empowered with skills to cultivate peace.

Living NVC through practicing a higher quality of communication in your inner & outer life, practice with others in community.
Cost: No one turned away. Suggested Sliding Scale: $ 200 - 450. Scholarships available.

Series Description:
How do you live into NVC in these times of chaos and stress? Where do you get stuck in old habits and can’t seem to use NVC in the moment you want to? In what ways would you
like to deepen your daily practice of living into NVC in your personal, collective and professional life? We want to support your NVC leadership practice and enrich the ways you are training or teaching others NVC.


Come join us as we gather those of you who want to live more deeply into NVC! Our Skills Development Practicum will support you applying NVC skills, key distinctions and practices so you deepen your daily communication patterns and habits.


You will experience:

- A diverse community to practice and grow with
- Wide variety of topics and activities to deepen your practice
- Empathy buddies to practice with
- Receiving a variety of resources to strengthen your personal NVC library
- Facilitators Susan Kaplan, CNVC Certified Trainer, and David Steele, RMCCN Accredited Facilitator, along with a few other guest trainers
