Heart to Heart – Speaking and Listening to the Heart of the Matter is a 4-hour workshop rooted in Nonviolent Communication (NVC) that invites you to slow down, listen more deeply, and speak from what truly matters.
In this experiential and supportive space, you’ll learn how to:
Express yourself with honesty and care
Listen beyond words to the feelings and needs underneath
Navigate challenging conversations without blame, defensiveness, or withdrawal
Foster understanding, trust, and mutual respect
This workshop is ideal for anyone who wants more meaningful conversations—at work, at home, or within themselves. No prior experience with NVC is required.
