Nonviolent Communication Fundamentals Training
Six Wednesdays Starting June 3
Nonviolent Communication (NVC) is a tool for empowering compassionate relationships. It teaches us how to be present with what is alive in us and focus our messages on our feelings and needs in a way that is more likely to get our needs met in even the most difficult moments.
In this 6-week online course we will learn the fundamentals of NVC, including: Objects Feelings Needs Requests (OFRN), empathic listening, and role play techniques used to practice having difficult conversations with hopeful outcomes.
