Are you looking for help with communicating better with your parents, your partner, your kids, or your boss?
Nonviolent Communication (NVC) is a way of communicating the enables us to bypass judgements and criticisms that get in the way of hearing the heart of what we want, and find ways to get everyone's needs met.
In this 5-week in person course you will learn the fundamentals of NVC, including: Objects Feelings, Needs, & Requests (OFRN), and empathetic listening to help improve your most difficult relationships. Led by experienced instructors Ken Rosevear, M.A. and Mauro "Mo" Pérez, you will find new ways to express yourself and hear others that cuts to the heart of conflict, and finds solutions where there seemed to be none before.
