NVC Integration & Practice Series II

6 Wednesdays, Starting March 20, 5:30pm to 7:00pm MST

It takes support, practice, focus and fun to keep NVC alive and deepening. Undoing old habits and bringing in the new habits of NVC skills and consciousness will be the focus of this series. I hope you will join in as we learn to bring NVC into everyday interactions with more ease.

This series is for people who have taken a foundations training and have basic NVC skills & knowledge and want to deepen and practice.

Each class will provide connection and sharing, some teaching and discussion, Practice with coaching, and sharing celebrations, insights, and gratitude. We have a lot of fun and share support in these courses. I am very excited to keep deepening the practice with you!
