This online practice group is open and available to anyone looking to practice NVC. In it we use role play, empathetic listening, and a wide variety of activities, all aimed at deepening our understanding of NVC and applying its lessons to our lives.
This group is geared towards those with an understanding of the fundamentals of NVC, namely OFNR and empathetic listening. If you are not familiar with the fundamentals, please contact us for more info on beginner-friendly sessions.
