In this 5-week training we will learn skills to:
- discern what is most true for ourselves and others
- how to stay connected to our choice
- cultivate awareness as our greatest asset
- express ourselves authentically without blame
Between sessions, there will be weekly reading, practices, and practice partners (optional).
