Sustaining Resilience In Challenging Times
An Embodied NVC Practice
2 Wednesdays, Nov 18 & Dec 2, 5-7 pm MST
This next Embodied NVC Practice, over 2 Wednesdays, explores different practices that enhance self-connection and clarity that arise from our deep inner knowing. Having a clear sense of choice when we fully say a “YES” or a “NO” engages us into a life of integrity and inner peace.
