Gayla MichelinGayla began studying NVC in 2008, is passionate about how it has changed her life, and is excited to share what she has learned with others. She is a business owner, a mother of 2, and much of her time is spent being of service to others. Gayla is a former flutist and currently plays piano at various events under the direction of Scheel Music. Oh, and if anyone is in need of a seasoned harmonica player, look no further! Laura KennedyLaura began seeking new ways to communicate in personal relationships after realizing she felt isolated and unhappy in her marriage of nearly 30 years. Through NVC she learned to connect more deeply with herself and others, to identify and express her feelings and needs, and to say "yes" only when she could do so with a full heart. Laura serves on the RMCCN Operating Circle and contributes her skills as a writer/editor to add polish and clarity to RMCCN communications. Contact this Facilitator
Marcia CohenMarcia leads the financial, accounting, administrative and human resource functions for iCAST (International Center for Appropriate and Sustainable Technology). Prior to iCAST, she worked as a CPA auditing non-profit associations and small businesses. She has served as a Board Member of various organizations, and is currently the Treasurer for RMCCC and a member of the finance committee and past Treasurer for the American Society for Training and Development – Rocky Mountain Chapter.
