Would you like to take the peace you feel on your mat and carry it through to the rest of your life?

In a world that is increasingly disconnected, despite advances in technology that allow us to be connected with almost anyone at any time, many of us long for a way of being with others that generates authentic support, care, and community.

Through yoga, many of us have found a way to understand and connect with ourselves more deeply and compassionately. Similarly, Compassionate Communication is a process of speaking and listening developed by Marshall Rosenberg that encourages us to find ways of connecting with compassion with those around us.

Join life coach Jennifer Erwin as we explore a whole new world of speaking, listening, and mindful awareness that creates relationships that are full of joy, connection, and harmony.

In this 3-hour workshop, we will explore:

  • The most common problems people experience through language (and why)
  • Practices that shift our mindset into a more life-giving and compassionate perspective
  • The #1 way to develop healthier and more fulfilling relationships with others and with ourselves
  • The keys to increasing emotional mindfulness and taking action aligned with our most deeply held values
  • An approach to staying grounded and speaking authentically in the midst of conflicts with others

Jennifer Erwin is a life coach and has been a student of Compassionate Communication since 2009. Jennifer is passionate about the life-changing power of this practice and regularly uses it with clients and in her personal life. Her previous work includes sharing Compassionate Communication within the school system to support teachers in creating compassionate, peaceful environments where children thrive.
