Her work is biologically respectful, as it is informed by our modern day understanding of how the brain works. She offers one-on-one coaching; living our best lives related workshops; and, relationship building, sustaining and healing workshops. When she is not coaching people and teaching them relationship skills, Jessica is with the people she loves - connecting, engaging in creative projects, and/or actively enjoying the great outdoors.
