If you find yourself loving NVC and needing some more learning and support to use it more fully in your daily life, this is the practice series for you! Join the community of enthusiastic learners to deepen your integration of Compassionate Communication/NVC! Build skills and NVC consciousness! This series if for people who have had a Foundations course of 15-20 hours and some practice group experience.

This series is for those who have taken a minimum of a foundations course of 16 hours or more. This is not a beginner, first timer course.

  • Marchl 18 – Deepening Self-Empathy
  • March 25 – Deepening Compassionate Listening
  • April 1 – Difficult to Hear Messages
  • April 8 – The Power of Requests
  • April 15 - Challenging Conversation & Role play
  • April 22 - Transforming Judgment into Connection

Each class will provide connection and sharing, some teaching and discussion, Practice with coaching, and sharing celebrations, insights, and gratitude. We have a lot of fun and share support in these courses. I am very excited to keep deepening the practice with you!
