Living from the Heart

Compassionate Empowered Communication

With Dr. Beth Eldridge

5 Sundays Nov. 15 - Dec. 20, 3:00 - 5:00pm MST

Whether you’re living alone or in close quarters, this winter is a great time to hone your skills in authentic connection. In this 5 week training, you’ll learn powerfully transformative processes to develop integrity and intimacy in relationships. We’ll learn and practice together using relevant issues in our lives, as well as activities such as a fun “Jeopardy” game. In this class we’ll:

  • Reduce reactivity, regain your focus, and find inner peace
  • Stay true to the heart of what matters in both daily and difficult decisions
  • Feel your feelings without getting stuck in them
  • Solve problems with less pain and greater ease and creativity

“Before I learned compassionate empowered communication, I didn’t have healthy habits for self connection, and I didn’t know how to speak up for what mattered to me. Through practicing in community, I learned how to harvest the wisdom from my emotions, express myself confidently, deeply understand others, and become more abundantly resourced to creatively solve problems.”

  • Are you ready to build more lasting connections while learning?
  • Would you like to more quickly clarify what really matters to you?
  • Would you like to express yourself more courageously while also honoring others?

Scholarships will be available if we have enough participants.
