Authentically Us Feedback For
Working With Difficult Emotions
With Sharon Theroux
All living organisms breathe. Any institution or community is comprised of living individuals who combine to give it a “life of its own.” Vital communities also have a form of breath: feedback. Feedback allows the individual to nourish the communal and the community uses that nourishment to support the individual. This page provides links to three types of feedback forms, explained below. It also includes a donate link for those who can give - a form of feedback providing reciprocal flow that inspires us and ignites our determination to persist in this work.
After submitting the feedback form or donating, you will be returned to this page in case you want to fill out another feedback form.
1) Participant Feedback: This is the most common form of feedback and goes directly to the facilitator providing, them insight about their presentation.
2) Peer Review: This provides colleagues with an opportunity to give technical feedback around the facilitator's skills and presentation effectiveness. Peer feedback is important for people pursuing professional certification.
3) Feedback Directly To RMCCN: If you would like to send feedback directly to RMCCN instead of the facilitator, use this form. It is open-ended and general. It can but does not have to be directly related to a specific program.
