Amy Qiang

Amy Qiang is a CNVC candidate and Certified Resonant Healing Practitioner. She is also the Chairwoman of the Chinese Overseas Parenting Association. Over the past four years, Amy has passionately focused on her own growth and healing while sharing NVC within the Chinese community. She specifically works to help parents increase their awareness and skills for connection and choice.

Lori DeLaney

Lori has presented workshops for a variety of nonprofits focused on hospice, AIDS, and Autism. She spent over 30 years in the healthcare and nonprofit sector as the director of a nonprofit for children with disabilities and their families. She has been a coach and mentor to many nonprofit executives. She is a co-organizer for the 2023 CNVC Intensive International Training in Los Angeles and is active in Southern California regional nonviolent communication groups. Lori recently completed Sarah Peyton’s Resonant Healing Practitioner certification course.

Shauna Burrow

Shauna Burrow has dedicated herself to learning and living Nonviolent Communication for over nine years after first attending a class with a professor at the University of California, Davis. As Shauna left for lunch, the professor hollered "After today, you will never hear criticism again!" That was the "hook" for Shauna. NVC consciousness aligns with the principles of her religion. Shauna works to be kind, present and honest every day. Shauna retired in 2012 from a full-time job managing a cardiology clinic for 20 years. Hospice has been Shauna's passion since 2006.

Colleen Crowley

Colleen Crowley has been exploring NVC since 2016 and as of 2021 has been a candidate to become a certified NVC trainer. She is an RN with a particular interest in applying NVC to the mental health field.

Ela Ramos

Ela (Eloísa) Ramos has taught Nonviolent Communication throughout the U.S. and internationally for almost a decade. She offers private coaching, executive coaching, organizational consulting and workshops. She is a Licensed Master Social Worker and clinical psychotherapist in Taos, New Mexico. Ela loves plants, yoga, intentional community, dance, singing and integrating compassionate dialogue within social justice conversations. She is the proud daughter of Mexican immigrants and is a proficient Spanish-speaker.

Holly Storm is a certified parenting and life coach who guides parents to use children's volatile emotions as the key to unlock the path to connection and understanding through her business Harmony Parenting

She lives in Denver with her husband and two adoring (and emotionally expressive) sons, who are now twelve and eight. When she isn’t parenting or coaching, she works to spread the skills of compassionate communication to teens, teachers and parents to prevent teen suicide, alcohol, and drug use.
