Staying Sane in Turbulent Times

Finding Comfort And Courage In Your Deep Self

With David Steele

Tuesday, July 7, 6:30 - 8:30 pm MDT

Is anxiety about current affairs or the upcoming election keeping you up at night?

Wondering where we are headed? Looking for reasons to be hopeful?

There is a solution. This class is designed to give you tools to manage your own anxiety and to stay in good stead with others who may have positions different from yours. When we attune to our deepest values and express our deepest truth, we realize we are immensely powerful and discover hope. This class focuses on soothing anxiety and reminding us how powerful we truly are. It helps transform helplessness into effective action and provides insight into perspectives we don’t understand so they are less threatening. Author and life coach David Steele has studied and taught interpersonal communication and self-empowerment skills for over thirty years. Cofounder of Rocky Mountain Compassionate Communication Network, he is determined to spread compassionate consciousness and lead people into discovery of their own power

This class is offered through Colorado Free University.
