If you have been introduced to Compassionate Communication and want to deepen your skills and consciousness we invite you to join us as we practice getting needs met for learning, connection, and fun. Each class will include physical movement (kinesthetic) activities and there will be time for in-depth role playing of real-life situations.
The theme of this next Embodied NVC class is what do Thoughts have to do with Feelings?. Join me to explore the power of our thinking mind and how it impacts and informs our feeling experience. NVC proposes an empowering framework to navigate our stream of thoughts and feeling.

Join me in exploring this key NVC differentiation and in engaging in an embodied practice to hold an honest inquiry on how to create agency in our lives in order to live more into the awareness of being at choice versus living into habitual patterns of submission or rebellion.

This one day class is a dynamic introduction and review of the NVC mindset and its key principles.
