Dave is the founder and president of Directional Insights, a marketing research and strategy consulting firm based in Colorado. With over 19 years of experience in marketing and business development, Dave has guided marketing efforts for a variety of businesses, from venture capital backed start-ups to well-established Fortune 500 Companies. As a research analyst and focus group moderator, Dave’s focus is to assist clients with new product marketing, brand awareness, customer satisfaction, and new product and market development initiatives.

Paul been studying, practicing and sharing Compassionate Communication since he first experienced its beauty in 2007. He has taught, facilitated practice groups, and mentored communication practitioners internationally.

Marcia leads the financial, accounting, administrative and human resource functions for iCAST (International Center for Appropriate and Sustainable Technology). Prior to iCAST, she worked as a CPA auditing non-profit associations and small businesses. She has served as a Board Member of various organizations, and is currently the Treasurer for RMCCC and a member of the finance committee and past Treasurer for the American Society for Training and Development – Rocky Mountain Chapter.
